The Peer Learning Exchange is a space for community leaders to connect and share knowledge

A core group of leaders representing diverse disciplines will connect, learn from others facing similar challenges, and create insights to help address the urgent COVID-19 crisis. Leaders will develop and share best practices, support urgent community-based challenges, help to develop strategies and solutions, and craft policy and advocacy messages.

The Learning Exchange will address systemic health challenges exposed by COVID-19.

Community leaders participating in the Peer Learning Exchange will drive the agenda for each meeting based on their own experiences on the frontlines of COVID-19. The focus will be systemic health challenges and barriers unveiled by the coronavirus pandemic. Key themes the collaborative will tackle include:

  • Community-based vaccine distribution

  • Battling misinformation around COVID-19

  • Ensuring people stay connected with critical social services during a pandemic

  • Ways to inspire a stronger grassroots response to future pandemics

  • Critical issues around access to technology and broadband services
